Chad Gerhard
Strength and Conditioning
|
Chad Gerhard is excited to serve as the Stingrays strength and conditioning coach.
Chad graduated from
Bloomsburg
University with a degree in exercise science, concentrating in Strength and Conditioning. As a collegiate athlete
Chad played for the Bloomsburg men’s soccer team.
Chad has experience coaching athletes of all ages and abilities who participate in various sports.
Chad has served as the strength and conditioning coach for the Bloomsburg Women’s Softball Team, the Emmaus Men’s Lacrosse Team, and the Infinity Girl’s Volleyball Teams. The young swimmer needs more than just technical knowledge of the sport. Increase speed, agility, reflex and strength can provide a great advantage. Faster sprint speed, quicker acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, power, strength, higher vertical jumps, and quicker recovery are all critical to success in the swim pool. We are excited to have Chad Gerhard as a part of our staff and team. For more information about the PSC Ignite Program, please click here.
