Tim Moyer brings 10 years of coaching experience with athletes from elementary school to professionals in various performance areas.  Currently, he is the head strength and conditioning coach for the Philadelphia Kixx, and youth performance coach for the International Youth Conditioning Association (IYCA). The young swimmer needs more than just technical knowledge of the sport.  Increase speed, agility, reflex and strength can provide a great advantage.  Faster sprint speed, quicker acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, power, strength, higher vertical jumps, and quicker recovery are all critical to success in the swim pool.  We are excited to have Tim Moyer as a part of our staff and team.  For more information about the PSC Ignite Program, please click here.
